During the past decade, private investors, institutional investors, investment, and pension companies, have increased their investments in yielding real estate assets and others, in Israel and in the world. The real estate channel has become a significant component in many investment portfolios.
The specialization in real estate program includes three courses and the performance of a final project in the specialization (Real Estate). To meet the program requirements and obtain specialization in real estate, the students are required to successfully complete the three courses and execute the degree completion project in the real estate field. During the specialization we shall study fiscal management in the real estate field, real estate projects’ entrepreneurship and marketing, as well as land laws and planning and construction processes in the State of Israel.
The undergraduate degree studies in Business Administration with aa specialization in Real Estate is intended for those who wish to integrate in various works in the real estate and immovables world.
