Admission conditions to graduate degree in Business Administration [M.B.A.]

Admitted to the program will be candidates meeting the following conditions:

  • Holders of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Holders of bachelor’s degrees in certain fields will be required to complete prerequisite courses in the following subjects:
    Statistics for business administration, economics, and accounting.
  • Applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree grade point average of 80 or above will be admitted automatically

Degree Plus AI-Based Management focuses on the organization’s data-driven environment, which becomes a critical foundation for strategic decision-making.
The program includes two courses: Business Intelligence and Its Applications, and Big Data Analysis.

The Peres Academic Center HR Management program, conducted together with the HR Management Association whose members include most of the HR Managers in leading companies, providing students with a the tools and challenges facing HR Managers from the field. The course will address issues and challenges facing HR Managers and will provide students with extensive theoretical knowledge and understanding of effective managerial and practical tools in this interesting and dynamic field.

As part of this certificate program, students will learn tools and techniques for developing personal skills such as: proactive management, time management, interface management, communication styles, and more. In addition, the elective course will provide specialized training in coaching and mentoring managers.

The Peres Academic Center HR Management program, conducted together with the HR Management Association whose members include most of the HR Managers in leading companies, providing students with a the tools and challenges facing HR Managers from the field. The course will address issues and challenges facing HR Managers and will provide students with extensive theoretical knowledge and understanding of effective managerial and practical tools in this interesting and dynamic field.

The program focuses on building a theoretical and practical foundation for understanding the work of a CEO.

The program includes the following courses: Becoming a CEO (course), Becoming a CEO workshop – intensive workshop.

The goal of the program is to provide a broad overview of the CEOs’ confrontation of daily dilemmas and situations, including strategic and tactical issues in the creation of strategies and vision, structural organizational change, creation of an inspirational organizational culture, multi-generational management, and in the management and incentive for employees.

Coaching has gained prominence in recent years as an effective process that supports change at the organizational level. Training, when done professionally and to a high standard, leads to personal growth and improved performance for both employees and managers alike. The program will include the following two courses: Fundamentals of Coaching for Managers, Advanced Coaching for Managers.

Hi-tech management skills course in cooperation with Jolt – a comprehensive course in which you will receive the relevant management skills for the new employment world: solution of complex problems with the design thinking methods, techniques for managing people from a distance, data analysis in the hi-tech world, and more.

The Admission conditions are detailed here, however, Admission of exceptional candidates is possible to a scope of 10% based on consideration of exceptional life circumstances.

The course of studies for a graduate degree in Business Administration is flexible and can be between one and three study days per week. Additionally, there is a possibility of a graduate degree within only one year.
