Human Resources management is the profession that deals with the most precious asset of the organization – the people working in it. The profession specializes on recruiting the appropriate people for the correct positions, keeping them with high skills and motivation and furthering their careers for both, their personal benefit and the organization’s benefit. Those employed in the human resources field, juniors, and seniors, have a strategic job being responsible for the screening, recruiting, placement, compensation, developing and guidance, welfare, and employees’ preservation.
The studies program trains those who study in it to be Human Resources Managers with a broad and multiple subjects outlook, with an emphasis on all the subject the manager touches on: Strategy, recruiting, screening, guidance, welfare career and talents management, and compensation.
The studies program combines guided practical work: Practicum Program – a program allowing the students experiencing and exercising in practice all the skill obtained during the studies in the Human Resources departments of organizations and companies.

This certificate will cover the stages of creating significant changes in the organization's base.

As part of this certificate, students will be given the tools needed to deal with conflicts and stress situations, negotiation management, personal experience in the field, mediation techniques, and various interview types.

What do you do with the degree

The degree graduates will be able to integrate in a variety of professions and jobs in the private and public labor market. In the Human Resources units, you will be able to deal amongst others in the fields of recruitment and placement, guidance and development of workers and managers, teams’ management, organizational consulting, welfare, payroll accountancy, and more.
Additionally, you will be able to fulfill in organizations the jobs of: Human Resources Unit Manager, workforce coordinator, recruitment and placement coordinator, wages and benefits coordinator, welfare, and individual coordinator, responsible for organizational development, administrator.
Program graduates will also be able to join placement and workforce companies, surveys institutes and evaluation institutes.

Admission conditions to Human Resources Management [B.A]

Candidates meeting the following conditions will be admitted to the program:

  • Entitlement to a full matriculation certificate with a weighted average grade of 80 and above.
  • Holders of equivalent certificates from abroad.
  • Holders of a graduation certificate from a university pre-academic class, equivalent to a matriculation certificate, with an average of 80 and above.
  • Applicants aged 30 and above who are not entitled to a matriculation certificate, or who do not meet the required average, must attend a preparatory class 30+.

The studies program for an undergraduate degree in Human Resources management qualifies those who attend to become Human Resources managers with a broad outlook and on many subjects. The program emphasizes all the subjects the manager will come in contact with strategy, recruiting, placement, guidance, welfare career and talents management, and compensation.

A degree plus is a unique course granting a variety of professional certificates already during the degree studies. In the undergraduate degree in Human Resources management, there is a variety of certificates which provide our graduates a clear advantage in labor market: Compensation and employees promotion graduation certificate, Human Capital Planning certificate, Management Skills certificate and more.

Entitlement to a full matriculation certificate with a weighted average grade of 75 and above or holders of equivalent certificates from abroad.

Holders of a graduation certificate from a university pre-academic class, equivalent to a matriculation certificate, with an average of 80 and above.

Applicants aged 30 and above which are not entitled to a matriculation certificate, or who does not meet the required average, must attend a preparatory class.

Three days per week, of which one day is by online studies only.
At your choice is a morning or evening learning path.
