The Mentoring program led by senior HRs in Israel

Your entry into the recruiting world.

In the framework of graduate degree studies in Organizational Development and Consulting, the Peres Academic Center offers the students the MentorHR program, under which the Human Resources Manager of leading companies in the market introduce to the students the Human Resources world and Organizational Consulting, and guide them in the direction of professional development, open for them new thinking avenues, and create for them a safe space to ask questions and create networking. At the end of the program, the students are granted with a professional certificate on behalf of the Peres Academic Center and the Human Resources Association in Israel.

For whom is the Mentors HR program intended

This program is intended for graduate degree student in Consulting and Organizational Development who wish to undergo an internal process that will focus them on their strong traits as well as other niches in the Human Resources world.
The students are exposed to tools, case studies, opinions and organizational manners of conduct which occur in our current reality with the encounter between them and the mentor create an open conversation and a safe space.
