The Welfare and Community Involvement Department offers help, counseling, and support in dealing with emotional and financial difficulties, and with states of crisis, as well as personal guidance and assistance with regards to scholarships and financing arrangements, assistance and accessibility for students with special needs, assistance to new immigrants (Olim Hadashim) and students eligible for assistance from the Immigrant (Olim) Student Authority, as well as programs for community involvement.
