Biography

Prof. Zion Hagay is the head of the Department of Health Systems Management at the Peres Academic Center. He currently serves as Chairman of the Israel Medical Association and has managed the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot for over two decades.

He served in several positions in the Medical Association’s Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology:

  • Chairman of the Israeli Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
  • Chairman of the Israeli Society of Endoscopic Surgery in Gynecology.
