Michal Ansky is a lecturer at the Nutrition Sciences School. She holds an undergraduate degree in General History specializing in Hebrew song and folklore from Tel Aviv University and a graduate degree in Gastronomy Sciences from the Gastronomy Sciences University in North Italy.
Additionally, Michal is an entrepreneur, media woman, judge on the “Master Chef” Television series, and food journalist.
