Biography

Dr. Oneg Singer is a faculty member at the Faculty of Human Capital Management and Development at the Peres Academic Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior, an M.A. in Conflict Management and Mediation, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering – all from Tel Aviv University.
Her research focuses on how employees cope with changes at work, including the implementation of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, as well as on career design and development, and employees’ perceptions of organizational support. In her work, she connects processes at the organizational level (macro) with experiences and behaviors at the individual level (micro). Her studies are presented at international academic conferences and have been recognized as award-winning papers. She teaches a variety of courses in organizational behavior and human resource management and has received excellence-in-teaching awards.
