Biography
Deputy Head of Department in the Business Administration School. She holds an MA in Business Administration (1997) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a PhD in Marketing (2005) from the Boston University School of Business. She completed the Psychology MA Completion Program at the Hebrew University. She has served as a member of the Ethical Leadership in a Global Economy Center in Boston University as part of the Connected Housing project, funded by the US Military. She has formerly taught various marketing courses in Boston University, Tel Aviv University, the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, Beit Berl, and the Open University, participated in leading conferences in the field of marketing, and published articles in books and journals. Her main research area is consumer behavior, including word-of-mouth communication, personal relationship dynamics in online communities, corporate social responsibility, and sports fan aggressiveness.
