Management in the field of real-estate combines a variety of fields, among them: Planning, finance, development and assessing. Managing in this field obligates a significant comprehension of complex processing and variable opportunities. The specialization will enable the students to obtain the multi-disciplinary knowledge and the practical tools required for senior management in the real-estate field.

The real-estate field is one of the central subjects currently influencing the economy and society in Israel. There is currently an increasing demand for qualitative managers in this field. Management in the real-estate branch required deep knowledge combining between the doctrine of land, development, assessing, and other business tools. The specialization offers the students a comprehensive understanding of the real-estate field that includes advanced multi-disciplinary knowledge and practical tools required for senior management in the field. The specialization includes three mandatory courses: Finance for Business Administration, Marketing Management, Analysis of Financial Reports and four unique and thorough elective courses in the various fields of real-estate management. Specialization in real-estate in the framework of studies for a graduate degree in Business Administration constitutes an additional tier in the real-estate studies in the undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
