“National Academy” Project

Workshops and lectures for evacuees of the Gaza surrounding area

The Peres Academic Center presents a “National Academy” program – a program that coordinates a number of lectures and workshops to be held in hotels throughout the country for residents of the Gaza surrounding area who were evicted from their homes.

Lecture on Positive Psychology in Times of War and Crisis under the guidance of Dr. Ofer Atad, Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Administration at the Peres Academic Center. An international expert in the fields of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and coaching.

The lecture is based on the latest and most innovative knowledge from the fields of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and coaching. The lecture will help participants strengthen their mental resilience and improve their feeling and performance at work and in life in general. The lecture is especially suitable for the period we are currently in – a period characterized by instability, uncertainty, a sense of overload and worry.

Who is the lecture intended for?

The presentations are designed for residents of the Gaza surrounding area who were relocated from their residences and are currently accommodated in various hotels across Israel. The aim is to instill a sense of hope among the evacuees amidst the challenging circumstances they are facing.
