Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in information systems

Information systems have profound influence on businesses and organizations, and the world of work is thirsty for managers who understand the technology and know how to best benefit the organization by it. Specialization in the management of information systems offered to Business Administration students is intended exactly for this purpose.

The specialization includes four courses in which the students’ study how the information system operates and how it can be harnessed for the organization’s benefit. The students we learn programing, data management, develop a modern information system on a Web environment, and produce management reports by advanced visual tools. Additionally, the students execute a final project supported by the produce of the courses in the specialization, as well as writing a complete characterization of an information system. To successfully complete the course, the students are required to complete the four courses with an average grade of at least 75 and submit the final project.
