Biography
Shir Elkayam Luzzatto is a faculty member in the MBA program at Peres Academic Center, a researcher and lecturer in the fields of technological entrepreneurship, strategy, and innovation. She holds a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an MSc (Honors Track) from the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where she received the Pe’er Research Award (2022). She is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Management at Ben-Gurion University.
Her research bridges theory and practice and focuses on the impact of technological acceleration processes at the level of the entrepreneur, the venture, and the ecosystem, alongside the development of knowledge infrastructures for entrepreneurship policy.
Shir has extensive global experience in designing and leading technological accelerator programs. As Founder and CEO of Impact360, she has led entrepreneurship programs for public-sector organizations, government ministries, and international high-tech companies, working with hundreds of entrepreneurs from the idea stage through product development. Her background includes senior management roles, including nearly a decade at El Al Israel Airlines, as well as strategic business consulting for companies, entrepreneurs, and public institutions. She also serves on professional advisory committees in both the private and public sectors.
