Biography

Faculty member and Full Professor at the Peres Academic Center and Head of the Master’s Program in Human Resource Management.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (1980) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Master’s (1984) and Ph.D. (1988) from the Department of Psychology at Columbia University.

He previously served as a tenured faculty member at the Hebrew University Business School and at Tel Aviv University’s School of Management. Additionally, he served as Dean of the School of Economics and Management at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, and as a visiting lecturer at Columbia University and the City University of New York (CUNY).

He supervises graduate students, leads research in his fields of expertise, and actively participates in international conferences and seminars.
