Head of the master’s program in organizational consulting and development. Has a PhD in social psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Researches motivation in organizations and the changing world of work. She has 12 years of experience in diverse areas of human resource management and organizational consulting at a global high-tech company (Intel). Today, at the same time as her academic work, she advises leading companies, especially in the high-tech field, especially on changes in the world of work and the impact on the organization. The main areas of instruction are organizational behavior, the future world of work and strategic management of human resources.
