B.A in Psychology and Political Science from Tel Aviv University, M.A. and Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University. Investigates the combined influence of personality traits and situational factors on social behavior. More specifically, research focuses on the effects of human-environment appropriateness and how people of different personalities respond outside of their comfort zone. Who becomes more generous? Who is more selfish? Research topics include pro-social behavior, self-control, and social power.
