Biography

Holds a Ph.D. from Ben-Gurion University. Her doctoral research focused on the topic of effective team leadership. Graduate of the Group Facilitation Program at Seminar HaKibbutzim and the Phototherapy Program.

Comes with extensive experience from the organizational field, during which she also managed the organizational research department at Israel’s largest healthcare organization for many years. Today, she is an independent organizational consultant and facilitates groups in the areas of resilience and public speaking preparation. Since the beginning of Operation Swords of Iron, she has been serving in the reserve duty in a research unit at the Home Front Command.
