Areas of studies: Organizational behavior, leadership development in organizations
Dr. Oranit Davidson-Begerano is the Dean of Students and a senior staff member of the Business Administration School in Peres Academic Center. She holds a PhD and an MSc from the Organizational Behavior Program at the School of Management, Tel Aviv University. Dr. Davidson-Begerano has great and rich experience with teaching in a variety of higher education institutions, including Tel Aviv University, the College of Management Academic Studies, and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. Dr. Davidson-Begerano’s main research and teaching areas focus on various aspects of individual wellbeing and empowerment in organizations: development of leadership in organizations, self-fulfilling prophesies in management, promotion of hope, self efficancy and motivation at work, and dealing with work stress and tensions. Her research has been published in leading academic journals.
