Biography

Dr. Liran Zeligman is a licensed and supervising educational psychologist, Head of the MA Program in Educational Psychology and a lecturer at Peres Academic Center, and a lecturer in the MA Program in Educational Counseling at Beit-Berl College. He holds a PhD in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
Until recently, he served as Head and Director of the Educational Psychological Service in Kfar Shmaryahu, following several years of work within the Educational Psychological Service and the education system.
 
Dr. Zeligman is one of the founders of the National Forum for LGBTQ+ Practice in Educational Psychology. He is involved in the training and supervision of psychologists, mental health professionals, and educational staff, with particular expertise in working with LGBTQ+ populations. Alongside his academic work, he maintains a private psychotherapy clinic, where he provides psychodynamic psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, and provides organizational consultation from a psychoanalytic perspective.
