Dr. Hila Cohen-Nissan is a faculty member in the Department of Human Resource Management.
Dr. Hila Cohen-Nissan’s research areas are gender and organizations, and organizational behavior. Her research deals with various organizational issues at both micro and macro levels, such as work-life balance, invisible work, and more, analyzed from a gender perspective. Dr. Cohen-Nissan’s research combines different disciplines – gender, sociology, organizational behavior – and therefore makes a unique contribution to understanding various issues in the research fields of gender and work organizations.
