: Dr. Boaz Shnoor is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law. He earned his LL.B. (1995), LL.M. (1999, as part of the direct doctoral program), and LL.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and holds a diploma in Psychology from the Open University (2021). Prior to joining Peres Academic Center, Dr. Shnoor was a faculty member at the Academic Center for Law and Business in Ramat Gan and the Academic College of Law and Science in Hod HaSharon. He has authored two books and numerous articles published both in Israel and internationally. His research has been supported by several prestigious grants, including the Israel Science Foundation (ISF). In addition to his academic work, Dr. Shnoor is a certified mediator.
