Biography
Faculty member and lecturer at the Peres Academic Center. Atalya holds a Master’s in Organizational Theory, with a specialization in organizational consulting and development from the School of Business Administration (1993) as well as a PhD in Organizational Theory (2010) from the Faculty of Management at the University of Tel Aviv. She teaches at the University of Tel Aviv. Since 1995, she has been an organizational consultant at various organizations and in various processes, starting from the examination and recommendation phase and up to practical intervention processes and their evaluation in various fields of consulting. For individuals: support and executive coaching. For teams: team development, improving the skills of team members, and cultivating a cooperative atmosphere. For organizations: diagnosis and treatment of interface issues between positions and organizational units, building and implementing a corporate vision, diagnosing and changing corporate cultures, as well as diagnosing and coping with work pressure. Her consulting work also includes development, training, and leading workshops on personal and interpersonal skills at organizations, as well as performing job analyses for recruitment, evaluation, and remuneration purposes.
