The “Love Rehovot Award” is a community involvement program allowing Peres Academic Center students to take part in a number of projects for holocaust survivors, children, youth, at-risk youth, and people with special needs in Rehovot.

The scholarship amount is ILS 10,000 for activity in a scope of 5 weekly hours and 140 annual hours

Educational work and guidance for excellence with children in elementary school to high school ages. In elementary school education, teaching lessons in the subjects of mathematical thinking, language skills, and English. In secondary education education, teaching pre-academic lessons in various subjects. Facilitating enrichment classes and workshops, private lessons for small groups in a variety of subjects: linguistics, math, English, language, literature, and more. In high school, preparation for the Bargut exams. The activity takes place once per week in a scope of 130 annual hours between October and July.
