What is the “Oz in Academia” Program?
The “Oz in Academia” was developed based on professional experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by wounded IDF soldiers and security forces from the Swords of Iron war. We believe that the path to building a new professional future, alongside rehabilitation processes, should be guided by sensitive listening and tailored to the unique needs of each participant in the Program. The Program offers much more than academic studies – it provides a comprehensive support system, including a dedicated personal mentor, a structured tutoring network, substantial financial assistance, emotional and mental support, and professional development on the way to a future career. Studies are conducted at a personalized pace, tailored to each student.
