Biography

Staff member and senior lecturer on property law, corporate law, and commercial law. He holds a PhD in Law Studies (1994), and has been an Associate Professors since 2018. His doctoral dissertation, instructed by. Prof. Ariel Rosen Zvi (RIP, Dean of the Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University) and Dr. Irit Haviv-Segal was published as Israel’s leading book on government company law. Part of this research work was performed in McGill University in Montreal, Canada, with the assistance of Prof. Irwin Cotler (Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada) and Prof. Weinroth. He has published over 100 articles and 19 books on various areas of the law and on Jewish philosophe He won the Jerusalem Prize for Literature and Philosophy for year 5756 and the Ramat Gan Prize for Jewish Religious Literature for year 5774, as well as additional prestigious awards. He currently serves as the head of an independent law office, engaged in real estate commercial law litigation. He specializes in property law, banking, and represents government companies and leading bodies in the market. In the past, he has served as the legal counsel of Magen David Adom, Amidar, and other leading companies.
