Biography

Philip Libman has nearly 40 years of experience in information systems, with a long-standing focus on health information systems. Most of his work today is exploring how information systems can work and help prevent disease and maintain public health. He is also an entrepreneur and executive director of a medical device venture that will solve the clinical problem of constant access to the vascular system of chronic patients, such as dialysis. He has international experience in health informatics and is currently following Asian countries.
