Biography

Dr. Tal Mimran is the Academic Coordinator of the Forum of International Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Research Coordinator at the Federman Center for Cyber Research at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law, and a research fellow at the Tsfat Academic College. Tal has previously taught several classes in international law at a range of Israeli institutions and led tour groups on the topic of international law around the world. Tal has also been a researcher at the Israel Institute for Democracy, studying the topic of “Terrorism and Democracy,” as well as editor of the online human rights journal Law Online. Tal worked as an attorney at the Unit for International Agreements and International Claims at the Ministry of Justice and served as a reservist in the IDF’s department of International Law.
