Biography

Head of Human Resource Management Division in the Business Administration MBA program. Organizational consultant, and a lecturer in the fields of organizational behavior in general, and organizational consulting in particular. She holds an MA and a PhD in Management Sciences, specializing in the field of organizational behavior. She teaches courses in the topics of team development and management, management skills, organizational change and development, stress and burnout, and research methods, in Peres Academic Center, Tel Aviv University, and formerly also in the College of Management Academic Studies. Her research focuses on occupational stress, burnout, and physiological health, while using longitudinal studies as well as advanced and innovative research methods. In recent years, she has been focused on expanding her teaching and research into her main occupation.
