Biography
Dr. Ofer Atad is a staff member and a lecturer in the Business Administration School. He holds a BA in Social Sciences from Ben Gurion University (1996), an MA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University (2002), an additional MA in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, Australia (2010), and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Administration Faculty in Tel Aviv University (2015). He wrote his doctoral dissertation in the field of occupational medicine. He serves as a consultant for companies in the field of organizational health promotion, operates programs for implementing positive psychology in the education system, and coaches clients in private sessions. In addition, he serves as a reviewer for international studies submitted for publication in the Stress & Health and the European Psychologist academic journals, and is an active participant in international conferences.
