Dr. Keren Tzur is a faculty member in the Human Resource Management Program at Peres Academic Center. Dr. Keren Tzur’s main area of research is employee motivation. Her research relies on experimental methodology to isolate the latent psychological variables that affect employee behavior, willingness to invest effort, and actual performance. Her researches are published in the leading journals in the field and has both theoretical and applied implications.
