Biography
Dr. Anat Geifman-Broder, consultant and senior lecturer in International Management, Human Resource Management and Career Development. Holds a PhD in business administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, rich teaching experience in institutions of higher education including: Tel Aviv University (International School), The Center for Academic Studies and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College. Dr. Anat Geifman-Broder serves as the Academic Director of Human Resources at the Israeli Center for Management (ICL), and in this framework deals with the training of middle and senior human resources managers.
Among her other positions outside of academia, she held management positions for about a decade in high-tech companies in Israel and the United States. In recent years, Anat has led many academic training programs in the fields of management and employment, such as: the National Program for Returning Academics from Abroad to Israel, career development programs for PhD graduates at the Weizmann Institute of Science, training managers/human resources managers at the Jewish Agency, Airports Authority and several financial organizations. Dr. Geifman-Broder is one of the founders of ‘Gvahim’ (2007), which helps new academic immigrants to integrate into the labor market in Israel. She was a member of the board of directors, and to this day advises and lectures on the association’s career plans.
