Biography

Monica Giannone is an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), where she teaches negotiation and process design. She is the founding Director of the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory (NCRC) at HKS’s Center for Public Leadership, leading research, curriculum development, and high-impact training initiatives on value-based conflict, climate negotiations, and international peace processes.

As part of the international academic team, she serves as a lead instructor in The Peres-Menomadin Executive Initiative: Impact-Driving Business Leadership at the Peres Academic Center, delivering specialized executive training in negotiation strategy, process design, and conflict resolution for senior leaders.
