She studied at Ben Gurion with a BA in economics and management and a master’s degree in organizational sociology. She then earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and management engineering at Sami Shimon College, and later studied a master’s degree in organizational development at Sapir. She graduated all said degrees with honors. Currently studying for a PhD at the Hebrew University in the field of organizational consulting. Member of the Board of Directors of the Economic Unit of Sha’ar HaNegev (fifth year).
