Areas of studies: Ethical issues in the psychologist’s work
Alona is an educational psychologist at the Educational-Psychological Service, Tel Aviv-Jaffa. She studied for her graduate and doctoral studies in psychology at California University in Berkley. She is currently a lecturer and teacher of various courses in psychology and education, and everything in between, in several higher education institutions in Israel and local authorities. She manages the “Maslul” Program at the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality, which provides professional responses for pupils demonstrating behavior difficulties. She is a member of the Professional Committee for Educational Psychology in the Ministry of Health. She is active in various public arenas to promote educational and psychological responses in the public sector.
