Law encompasses and envelops the daily reality of individuals, groups and organizations. Especially in an era of globalization and regulation. The studies in the program will allow employees, managers, senior and junior managers, employees and the self-employed to become familiar with the rules, values and legal norms. These will enable better and more precise understanding and control in the personal and professional arena.

Graduates of the program will not be certified as lawyers or will manage legal cases, but will become conscious consumers of legal services around them – as managers, employees, public servants and citizens. They will also receive extensive knowledge based on the foundations of law, in everything related to the modern labor market and labor law.

The curriculum is made up of:

Required Courses – The elective courses deal, for the most part, with core legal areas. These courses deal with tort law, labor law, public law, contract law, Israeli law, and legal theory.

Elective courses – Elective courses deepen and expand the knowledge acquired in the compulsory courses. Psychology in management, organizational behavior, issues in economics and society, the work of directors in a commercial company.

The legal education provided in non-lawyer master’s degree studies is suitable for holders of various positions who need legal knowledge in their work. For example: business people, entrepreneurs, senior managers in organizations in the public or private sector, school principals, etc. The legal knowledge they will acquire during the degree will advance their careers, and give them a deep understanding of all issues that require legal knowledge in their work.

תנאי קבלה לתואר שני במשפטים ללא משפטנים במסלול לימודי ערב

יתקבלו לתכנית מועמדים העונים על התנאים הבאים:

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution, with an average grade of 80 or higher or an equivalent grade for someone who completed a bachelor’s degree abroad.
Have a master’s or doctoral degree from a recognized institution.
In exceptional cases – graduates of an academic degree who do not meet these conditions, who will be accepted at the discretion of the admissions committee with “conditional” status, and will be required to meet the conditions that will be determined for them upon admission to studies.
